  I was so happy to find this place - The last place I took our other vacuum to did not impress me at all - rude and surly and poor service on top of a two week wait to get the vacuum back. Hampden Vacuum is WONDERFUL. My Kirby vacuum was fixed in less than an hour. The people at Hampden were polite and friendly - such a concept! We will definitely be return customers.
